The Manager, Administrative Support – Central Imaging reports into the Senior Manager, Underwriting Effectiveness. This position will develop and implement the strategic changes for Central Imaging to improve organizational effectiveness, productivity and expense management. The Manager will provide leadership, coaching and development for the Central Imaging Team.
Develop and implement strategic changes to the current processes within Central Imaging to improve organizational effectiveness with a focus on productivity and expense management.
Provide leadership for the Central Imaging team. Engage and motivate associates to achieve business and personal results by guiding the development of the team through training, professional development courses and mentoring. In addition to regular coaching rhythm, complete quarterly performance reviews for direct reports.
Partner with Operations Analytics to develop and execute on monitoring plan necessary to ensure that capacity distribution across regions and time zones is aligned with incoming volumes; quickly respond to shifting market trends as necessary to ensure a consistent customer experience. Continue refinement of ongoing capacity management to maximize efficiency while navigating through seasonal shifts in volume.
Monitor and coordinate onboarding new staff to ensure that there are sufficient resources in order to maintain TT’s and levels of service for internal and external customers.
Foster and maintain strong relationships with sales, customers, IT, other operations teams and functional leaders
Drive the utilization of existing and emerging technologies to improve service delivery levels; focus on continuous improvement of team processes and performance.
Responsible for the team meeting established key performance indicators by analyzing metrics and ensuring that processes align with business strategies; develop and deliver recurring organization performance updates for senior management, including execution against quality, efficiency and expense targets.
Proactively lead efforts to improve system performance, including identification and collection of document samples necessary to complete effective re-training on classification and data extraction.
Work with underwriting leadership to ensuring successful implementation of all product, process and technology changes that are introduced across the various teams
Bachelors or equivalent work experience
5 years mortgage insurance or equivalent
Demonstrated leadership and ability to motivate others to achieve results
Demonstrated ability in developing and driving strategic business initiatives
Ability to handle high volume of work and multiple priorities while meeting deadlines
Ability to negotiate and work collaboratively across all levels of the business
