POSITION SUMMARY

This newly created role will report to the Benefits Manager, Retirement, and provide administration support and back-up responsibilities for the company’s retirement plans and executive compensation programs. Additionally, this role will coordinate invoicing and periodic audits of invoices and data feeds in support of the broader global benefits and payroll team. The successful candidate will be both detail and service oriented, and able to work independently with internal and external sources on the responsibilities noted below.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process retirement plan contribution wires

  • Coordination of Qualified Domestic Relations Orders for retirement plans

  • Respond to third party retirement plan administrator inquiries on our indicative file feed errors

  • Collection of data and documentation required for annual plan audit

  • Support of long-term Incentive administration, including plan communications and coordination of long-term incentive payouts

  • Coordinate non-employee director compensation administration

  • Coordination and processing of executive life insurance plan payments, related employee income updates in payroll and plan communications

  • Annual coordination of deferred compensation plan distributions

  • Manage various purchase order accounts and invoice processing for global benefits and payroll teams; audit invoices for accuracy. Payment of invoices from trusts from various retirement plans.

  • Periodic audit of enrollment and benefit deductions for accuracy; coordinate with process owners for issue resolution

  • Process benefit reimbursement requests (childcare, fitness, officer benefits)

  • Intranet maintenance for benefit plan information

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

  • Excellent interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication

  • Strong sensitivity to handling confidential information

  • High level of initiative with a drive for results and ability to multi-task

  • Extremely detail oriented

  • Strong Microsoft Office experience including Excel, Word and Powerpoint

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Human Resources Experience
